Wyse Instant Rebates
1. This promotion is only available to Wyse Authorised partners in ANZ.
2. The promotion applies only to the Wyse models and part numbers detailed on
the above chart. Promotion is not applicable to derivative versions. Rebate program
is valid from November 1 until Decmber 19 2008*.
3. Rebate is applicable only toward units ordered from and delivered to Authorised
Wyse Resellers from November 1 through to December 19 2008*. No back- or
forward-dating is permitted
4. Impact on Special Pricing: During the period of the promotion, the promotion price
supersedes all prior approved special pricing where the discount amount is less than
the rebate. In these cases, you should grant the promotion price instead of the
special price discount.
5. In no case will Wyse permit or approve you combining any claim for SPQ (special
pricing) credit with the price discount.
6. This promotion may be terminated or modified by Wyse at anytime.

1. Offer is valid for purchases made from November 1 2008 through to December 19,
2008. Units must ship from distribution and invoice from the reseller on or before
December 31st, 2008.
2. Claim is limited to the purchase of any Wyse standard XPe Desktop (S90,
V90L,V90LE, or G90)
3. Customer MUST submit claim AND show proof of purchase/invoice through an
authorised Wyse reseller and distributor to receive promotional units. (Claim form
attached)
4. No returns or rain checks. Offer valid while existing supplies last. Offer is valid for
standard product only and part numbers listed above - no custom configurations,
variations, or images.
5. Free Wyse X90L (909521-43L ONLY) will be claimed and will ship directly from
Wyse to the end user customer within seven business days of claim validation.
6. This promotion is valid in ANZ only with free units being shipped only to the country
of original purchase.
7. This offer CANNOT be combined with any other promotions or special pricing on
